Santa Maria Grill 

These units are custom built to customers specs. Typical unit is 4ft long x 2ft deep however we can build just about whatever size you need.  3/16″ heavy gauge steel construction on the main cooker box with a 1/8″ thickness lid to maintain ease of door opening.   These units have an adjustable cooking rack, and come with two extra heavy duty charcoal grates in the bottom to let the fire breath when cooking.  Units are built on wheels shown standardly or can be made to bolt down on trailers.
