Meadow Creek CD108 Caterer’s Delight Trailer – Pig Roaster & Chicken Cooker Combo
The Meadow Creek CD108 Caterer’s Delight Trailer is a professional-grade, trailer-mounted BBQ catering system built for large-scale cooking and mobile food service. Handmade in the USA with heavy-duty 13-gauge steel, this unit combines two powerful charcoal cookers into one compact towable setup.
Up front sits the PR60 Pig Roaster, capable of cooking whole hogs up to 100–120 lbs, briskets, pork shoulders, and ribs. The adjustable charcoal pan allows precise heat control for low-and-slow smoking, while optional second-tier grates expand cooking space beyond 2,200 square inches.
At the rear, the BBQ42 Chicken Cooker features Meadow Creek’s signature flipping sandwich grates, allowing you to cook over 40 lbs of chicken evenly and efficiently. Raise the charcoal pan for direct high-heat grilling or lower it for slow roasting.
Built on a rugged tubular steel trailer frame with rubber torsion axles, DOT-approved LED lighting, heavy-duty jack, and 2” hitch connection, this unit is fully road-ready and ideal for catering events, festivals, church functions, and professional BBQ operations.
If you’re looking for a serious Meadow Creek smoker trailer, the CD108 delivers durability, mobility, and commercial cooking capacity in one versatile platform.
