Why Buyers Choose the BM-4 XXL

Room for High-Volume Cooking

The large horizontal chamber and multiple racks let you smoke brisket, ribs, poultry, and more in big batches. That matters when you’re catering, selling at a festival, or competing, where one cooker has to do the work of several.

Even Heat from a Reverse Flow Design

The offset firebox sends heat and smoke through the main chamber, giving you more uniform temperatures and deep smoke flavor across every rack instead of hot and cold spots.

Two Chambers for Smoking and Holding

Besides the main chamber, the vertical chamber can be used as a warmer, so finished food stays hot while the next round cooks.

Work Space Built In

Side and rear platforms give you a place to prep, plate, and organize during a busy cook, so you aren’t carrying tables around the trailer.

Towable and Heavy-Duty

The tandem-axle trailer makes it easy to move between events, and the 5mm steel plate body with heat-resistant paint is built for repeated professional use.

Who Is the BM-4 XXL For?

This trailer suits professional caterers, BBQ competition teams, food festival vendors, BBQ rental stores, and families who run a BBQ business or host large private events. If your current smoker limits how much you can sell or serve, a trailer this size is built to remove that limit.

Before You Order a Smoker Trailer

Make sure your tow vehicle and hitch are rated for a tandem-axle trailer, and ask us for the trailer’s weight and hitch details before you buy. If you plan to sell food, check the food-service rules where you operate. When you set up, park on level ground in an open area away from buildings, tents, and anything that can catch fire, keep children and pets clear while it’s hot, and never use it in an enclosed space.
